Perfect mix of classic and modern with this super soft plaid blazer by Dsquared2. Grey plaid with striking blue lines running vertically and horizontally basically means you can wear this just about anywhere. Two button front, four front pockets – two on the lower right, one on the lower left, one at the left breast. The cuffs close with working buttons (and note that there are four buttons on each cuff, but only the top three actually fasten because the bottom buttonhole on each cuff is faux…forcing you to be fashionable!). In the back, there’s a nice center cut out at the tail (see pic). The fabric is made of 98% cotton, 2% spandex (elastane) and feels great. Fully lined in a beautiful red that’s covered in the Dsquared2 logo. Made in Italy.

Dsquared2 is named for identical twin designing brothers Dean and Dan Caten. According to the label’s website, Dean and Dan “are among the most dedicated (and idiosyncratic) people in fashion. Known for their extravagant runway shows, their energetic personalities and their celebrity following, they never leave each other’s side, even for business trips.” Wow.
