Description

A sleeveless, v-necked summer dress by Piazza Sempione. The abstract print, grey on off-white, is reminiscent of a floral pattern painted in impressionistic strokes. When the sun hits this print, it actually looks like a painting. A cut-out area that circles the dress at about 6″ from the bottom adds a delicate touch. There is an 11″ zipper in the rear. The material and size tags have been removed, but this light fabric seems to be a cotton blend, but with some added stretch, and I estimate the size as approximately a US 8 – but please see the measurements below for the exact fit. Made in Italy.

Dresses by Italian luxury brand Piazza Sempione are often well over $1,000, and simple tops typically run $500-600. The label’s website says: “The Piazza Sempione woman is characterized by an understated, timeless elegance, and she loves to infuse every aspect of her life with a sense of beauty.” The brand was named after a piazza in Milan, Italy, where its first collection was shown in 1991.
