Unique design by the late Alber Elbaz for Lanvin. Off the shoulders with elements of bandage on top and tiers of large ruffles on the lower half. It has the look of being pulled together in the back. The fabric, 59% ramie with 20% metal, is coarse, not delicate, so the ruffles hold up. There’s a side zipper with top hook.
