Description

Shiny “metallic” dress by Todd Oldham Jeans. Color is a greyish-blue, or pewter, with white stitching. Long zipper in back. 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Made in the USA.

Size: Size isn’t tagged, but it’s 16″ from pit to pit, about 36″ from top of shoulder strap to bottom, waist about 30″, hips about 38″.

Condition: Like new, tags are still attached. There’s a loop at the top of the zipper in back (see photo), but the button is gone.

Todd Oldham (born Oct. 22, 1961, in Corpus Christi, Texas) made his first dress when he was 15 years old (for his sister) out of a KMart pillow case. His debut line hit in 1989, and he won the Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent. He has had a whirlwind career since: in addition to his own label, his output has included publishing books, designing furniture, working with Escada, Old Navy, and Target, designing the Hotel of South Beach, and hosting MTV’s Todd Time (House of Style), and Fashionably Loud. “Oldham creates a kaleidoscope of decorative pastiche.” (The Fashion Book)
